The Sub-Processor list. We’ll be adding two new sub-processors to our list of sub-processors from 10 December 2022:
Concentrix International Europe B.V.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Sutherland Global Services, Inc.
Location: Pittsford, USA
These companies will assist us with delivering parts of our services, such as enforcing our terms and providing user support. The new sub-processors will comply with our high security and privacy standards and we have entered into data processing agreements with them (including where necessary the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement), which impose at least the same data protection obligations, as imposed on Trustpilot in our Data Processing Agreement.
You do not need to take any specific action. The updates to the sub-processor list will apply with effect from 10 December 2022 and the U.S. Privacy Laws Supplement will come into effect from 1 January 2023 without any further positive acceptance, confirmation, or action by you. Please let us know if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding the changes. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through your Customer Success Manager (if you have one).
The U.S. Privacy Laws Supplement will apply only to the extent that we, as a service provider to you, receive data from you about your consumers who are residents of the United States and whose data is protected by the U.S. Privacy Laws.
The updates to the sub-processor list will apply to all business users (free and paying) who are using one of Trustpilot’s automatic or manual review invitation methods and whose data processing by Trustpilot is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. If you’re using one of the invitation methods outside of the Trustpilot systems (such as Business Generated Links or Business API), the updates to the sub-processor list will not apply to you. If you are not sure which review invitation method you are using, please contact your Customer Success Manager (if you have one) or reach out to us at email@example.com.
If you’re using one of the invitation methods outside of the Trustpilot systems (such as Business Generated Links or Business API), the updates to the sub-processor list will not apply to you.
If you are using one of Trustpilot’s automatic or manual review invitation methods and your data processing by Trustpilot is governed by either Trustpilot’s online Data Processing Agreement or a non-standard Data Processing Agreement between your business and Trustpilot, the updates to the sub-processor list will apply to you.
If you are not sure which review invitation method you are using, please contact your Customer Success Manager (if you have one) or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
