september 2025This Schedule supplements the Trustpilot Data Solutions Terms and Conditions (the Terms) and contains terms which are specific to the provision and use of Trustpilot Content via Trustpilot’s Data Reports.
Definitions
Any words that are defined in the Terms will have the same meanings when used in this Schedule. In addition, the following definitions shall apply:Data Report: a compilation or analysis of Trustpilot Content provided by Trustpilot to you in the Report Format.
End Company: a third party for whom a Data Report is created and to whom you are permitted to disclose such Data Report pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as agreed between the Parties in writing from time to time.

Scope of Use
During the Term and subject to your compliance with the Agreement:
Trustpilot will provide the Trustpilot Content to you via Data Reports in the Report Format following the process specified in this Schedule and the Order Form.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
access and use, and to permit the relevant End Company to access and use, the Trustpilot Content contained within the Data Reports solely for the purposes and subject to the restrictions specified in this Schedule, the Terms and the Order Form; and
display certain Trustpilot Marks solely in the Data Reports and in accordance with the Trustpilot Brand Guidelines.
Even though Trustpilot Content is Trustpilot’s Confidential Information, you are permitted to share a Data Report solely with the relevant End Company, provided that you ensure that:
only authorised End Companies are granted access to a Data Report;
End Companies will use the Trustpilot Content solely for their internal business purposes; and
End Companies will comply with the Agreement as though they were you to the extent appropriate, including regarding the confidentiality of Trustpilot Content.
You are solely responsible for the use of Trustpilot Content by an End Company, and for results gained or conclusions drawn from such use by an End Company. Any acts or omissions by an End Company that would constitute a breach if taken by you will be deemed a breach by you, and nothing in this Schedule will impact the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in Clause 15 of the Terms.
Any modifications to a Data Report or the Report Format, including removal or amendment of any Trustpilot Marks, must be agreed in writing between the Parties.
Notwithstanding Clause 13 of the Terms, on expiry or termination of the Agreement for any reason, any Reports which have been shared with you or an End Company prior to the date of expiry or termination may continue to be used by you and/or the relevant End Company solely in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Your Responsibilities
In addition to the general obligations in the Terms, when using a Data Report, or Trustpilot Content which is contained in a Data Report, you shall not (and will ensure End Users and End Companies shall not):
use a Data Report, and any Trustpilot Content within it, in a manner which is inconsistent with the permitted scope of use; or

Trustpilot reserves the right to contact End Companies directly regarding the termination of the Agreement and any implications for their continued use of Data Reports.
Report Request Format
You may request a Data Report by submitting a written request to Trustpilot and providing all reasonably required information, including:
if the End Company is the subject of the report, End Company details and its competitors; or
if the End Company is not the subject of the report, End Company details, details of the company that is the subject of the report and its competitors.
Following receipt of a request, Trustpilot will confirm within three (3) business days the available taxonomy for the Trustpilot Content relating to:
if the End Company is the subject of the report, the End Company and its competitors; or
if the End Company is not the subject of the report, the company that is the subject of the report and its competitors.
You may then confirm your intention to proceed with the Data Report by submitting a further request, and Trustpilot will, within three (3) business days of receiving such request, either accept or decline it in writing at its sole discretion.
Report Preparation and Delivery
Upon acceptance of a request, Trustpilot will prepare the Data Report in the agreed Report Format, determining the specific structure and display of Trustpilot Content within that format. Standard Trustpilot data taxonomy will be used unless a custom taxonomy analysis is mutually agreed upon in writing.
The Data Report will be completed and delivered to you within three (3) business days of Trustpilot's acceptance of the request, or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing. Delivery will be in a format mutually agreed upon by both Parties.
Subject to reasonable resource availability and the complexity of the questions, Trustpilot will provide reasonable support by answering follow-up questions related to the delivered Data Reports.
The service level commitments outlined in this section 5 will only apply if you have one (1) Data Report request in process at any given time. In the event that you have multiple concurrent Data Report requests in process at any given time, the Parties shall agree a mutually acceptable service level commitment in respect of each request.
